Exam access is purchased as a one-time payment per exam, not a recurring subscription. On purchase, you gain access to the content for that exam for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which access expires unless renewed.

AI tokens (used for question generation, the AI tutor, and podcast features) are purchased separately as top-up packs and do not expire.

14-day cancellation policy. You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, no reason required. To request a refund, email admin@passora.co.uk with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Where a purchase includes AI tokens that have already been used within the 14-day period, we reserve the right to deduct the value of tokens consumed from the refund amount, calculated at the standard token pack rate. Exam access itself may be refunded in full within the 14-day window regardless of how much content has been accessed.

Renewal. Exam access does not auto-renew. If your 12-month access period expires, you will need to make a new purchase to regain access to that exam's content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your access expires.

Pricing. Prices are shown at the point of purchase in GBP and include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices for future purchases; changes will not affect access you have already purchased.
