- Study activity and performance data (questions answered, sessions, progress) to power your revision analytics
- Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store your card details
- Messages you send us via our contact form (sent via your own email client, not stored on our servers)
Why we collect it: To provide and improve the Passora service, personalise your revision experience, process payments, and respond to your queries.
AI features: Some features (question generation, AI tutor, podcasts) use third-party AI providers to process your study queries. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models.
Data sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run Passora (e.g. hosting, payments, AI processing), under appropriate data protection agreements.
Cookies: We use cookies necessary for authentication, payment processing, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
